About me

Hi, I'm Jenny.

I became a therapist because I know how isolating it can feel to go through life without finding your people — without feeling truly understood. As a Jewish-Asian woman, I’ve navigated my own questions of identity and belonging, and I bring that lived experience into my work with clients.

My style is warm, approachable, and grounded — I want you to feel safe enough to be honest, even about the hard stuff.

I work with college students and professionals navigating identity issues, anxiety, and uncertainty. My clients often feel stuck by high expectations and are seeking clarity, fulfillment, and confidence in who they are. In addition, using EMDR therapy, I help my clients resolve traumatic memories, so they may relieve the weight of the past and feel more peace in the present.

When we work together, you can expect a mix of meaningful conversation, practical tools, and — if it’s a good fit for you — EMDR to help you let go of old patterns on a deeper level.

Most of all, you can expect a therapist who’s fully present with you, who respects your goals, and who’s committed to helping you feel more like yourself than you ever have before.
