My therapeutic style blends evidence-based interventions with compassion and empathy to enable my clients to gain awareness, increase self-love and self-esteem, and create meaningful change within themselves and relationships.
 
I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) with a psychodynamic conceptualization of one’s internal world and unconscious motivations. Through this nuanced lens of self-understanding, I encourage self-reflection within a nonjudgmental space.
 
At the same time, I empower clients with tools and skills to promote acceptance, develop coping skills, and improve communication in order to more effectively meet and overcome challenges in life.
